    Arthur Wellesley (1769-1852) visited the Museum opened in 1835 by Mme Tussaud (1761-1850) several times to see the display of Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) created by her with relics of the Emperor; Napoleon lies on his camp bed covered with the cloak worn by him at the battle of Marengo on 14th June, 1800; busts of Napoleon's two wives, Josephine and Marie-Louise;
